Session 1. Overview of Identity & Life Focus – 90 minute session

Overview of Planetary Organization, Patterns, Elements, Modes, Key Aspects, Deep dive into Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, & Mars, Rising & Midheaven – the fundamentals of identity. A professionally written 30 page report (approx.) is provided which we will refer during your sessions. Also included is an image of your chart, a list of your Sabian Symbols and my interpretation of them, a list of all the planets, signs, houses, degrees and aspects.

Session 2. Social life, Career, Spiritual Life – 90 minute session

Continuing the portrait of your life we work with the remaining planets – Jupiter, Saturn, Chiron, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, the North & South Nodes. This is where we get into the dynamics of relationships, career, transformation, spirituality and look at your core karmic challenges. We’ll complete the review of all major aspects between your planets as they represent themes of integration and healing.

Here we analyze the major progression of your inner planets and the major transits of your outer planets for approximately one year (some aspects may have begun earlier or may last longer than one year). The emphasis is on conjunctions, squares, and oppositions within close range, though we will look at trines and sextiles where relevant. I use the system developed by Stephen Forrest for determining the strength of each aspect and the range of orb for when an aspect is applying or separating. This work identifies the key opportunities and challenges you are facing right now and which areas of your inner and outer life are being highlighted. If there’s not a lot going on right now, I will expand the focus to identify the next period of major change. It is highly recommended that you complete the Natal readings prior to this session.

This is essentially, a guided and supported Life Review process and a continuation of the work we did in your Natal Readings. We look at how the birth chart unfolds through time and deepen your understanding of the living experience of your natal chart. Biography/Coaching work helps you understand the spiritual significance of the key events and/or periods of your life. We look at various life cycles; such as the 7 year cycle, 12 year Jupiter cycle, 19 year nodal cycle and the 29 year Saturn cycle. Obviously, the younger you are, the fewer of these cycles we’ll have to reflect on. We also map the most formative events that have shaped your life and look at what the stars were doing at those times. The goal is to understand and integrate the spiritual dimension of your key life events.

This work does require you doing some homework; making a timeline of what was going on at various ages. We will reflect on the major events, including: losses, deaths and traumas, as well as, beginnings/endings of education, marriages, birth of children, relocations, career changes and major spiritual shifts. We place these events into a continuum of planetary developmental stages and see how they relate to the life lessons of each stage. I will follow your lead as to how deeply you want to dive into past memories. I can suggest ways to work with these memories on your own, such as journaling or artwork. Clients report this process is deeply illuminating and provides the missing pieces to the puzzle of their lives. It’s recommended that you complete sessions 1-3 before beginning this work. Generally we can cover up to 5 major events in a single session depending on how deeply we go into them. The more time we spend processing/integrating an event, the fewer events we will cover in each session. There’s no fixed number of sessions for doing this work.

This is usually between 2 people in a committed relationship where we use a composite chart plus natal chart comparisons to illuminate the dynamics of the relationship. It can be a romantic or a professional relationship, new or old. It highlights both the karmic and personality challenges in the relationship; what draws you to each other and what needs to be resolved to find harmony. It is necessary that each person first receive at least 1 condensed natal reading with me before doing this work. Relationship work is most valuable to improve chronic communication problems and to learn to appreciate the fundamental differences in how you both operate. The goal is to see each other more clearly and to develop tools that will help improve the relationship.

This reading is for a parent about their child (of any age). No natal reading of the parent is required prior to a consultation about your child. The child’s chart will be interpreted to the parent(s) including a 30 page (approx.) written summary of all the key features of the child’s chart including: planets in their signs and houses, all major aspects, overview of all key patterns, description of the main challenges, main gifts, and the Sabian Symbols for their planets.

These short sessions are for clients who want to touch base around a new issue or decision that has to be made. It can be to ask what planets are transiting your chart right now. It can include questions about timing; such as whether it’s a good time to ask for a raise, change jobs, move home etc. I can also help you choose the most optimal time for a major event – known as Event astrology, or Electional astrology. This is used for choosing a wedding date, planning travel dates or scheduling elective surgery. Ideally you can send me the questions or concern by email, and I will research it and get back to you within a week.

I’ve done a fair amount of chart rectification but it can be extremely time consuming unless it’s only a question of a few minutes – in which case I’m usually able to include it as part of the Natal readings fee. If the person has no idea at all of the time of day they were born (as is often the case with some adoptions) then it requires the person to make a detailed timeline of their most significant life experiences. After an in person meeting, and answering a questionnaire, I will seek to find the time that correlates by progression and transits to your life experience. It can require researching 24 or more different charts and combing through the ephemeris to see which planets were doing what at each time and correlating it all to the major events of your life. Because the time involved is unknown, my fee will vary, but I always attempt to do this as expeditiously as possible.
